2011 V6: will CTS (*not* CTS-V) 2-piston calipers fit?

OK, I know most folks want the CTS-V (or Brembo/Wilwood/etc.) brakes. However, this is for a never-on-track, stock-engined daily driver V6 - I don't need $2K of brakes. But I would like a little better bite and less mush than the stock brakes provide.

So digging around on rockauto I find dual-piston front calipers for the performance package V6 CTS in my year for ~$70/wheel. The pad for them have about 20% more swept area than the stock Camaro calipers, and while they're not opposed-piston design they should do better than the stock brakes. So my questions:

* Do these fit? Will they require different rotors, or will they work on my 2011 2LTRS rotors?

* Has anyone done this swap? If so, what was your results?

Thanks!

The ATS calipers are a direct bolt on. You may need to cut the pan that surrounds your brake assembly, but otherwise it sounds like they're a 4 pot no brainer

Another thing to consider to remove the "mush" from the brake system would be to install stainless steel brake lines & upgrade the fluid to a DOT4 like Motul RBF600. That would only cost you a couple hundred bucks.

Just get a set of SS take offs. You know they'll fit.
