do you all think the site needs a how to on converting...

On converting the cigarette lighter port to a dual usb port...I just got done doing it but not gonna spend the time making a how to if there is already a hundred of them or there is no interest...what do you all think??...here is a pic of the final product so you know what I am talking about.

When you say USB conversion Do you mean just for charging or are you somehow hooking it up to the radio??

This is 100% for charging...i have no need to go there with the stereo in my case but I would think it is vert doable with the right accessory...

I like it and if you still need a cig lighter port for another reason you always have the one in the center console compartment. However I would throw this idea out there that I would be more inclined to put a couple USB ports in bottom of one of the a pillar covers somehow. Phone usually sits on a window mount above the dash. The phone power cord could go over top of the dash and hidden under a dash mat so you don’t have power cords hanging in your interior. Looks clean and your cigarette lighter cover not flipped open constantly with cords coming out of it.

Why not? Anything to keep traffic as high as possible here is good, imo. I have seen other posts on this but I don't think I have seen a guide or how-to. I know its just a little project that doesn't take long, but not everyone on this site was gifted with amazing wrenching and modding/fabbing skills, so someone will find use for it.
