thanks guys, need to get the 67 running again though, either blew a head gasket or cracked a head

That's a easy fix, now that you have a engine donor car.

ive been told its easy but im not the most mechanically inclined person, i have learned some stuff working on my truck and i helped a buddy do a cam swap on the 67 cause a lob went flat.

I was talking about pulling the LS3 out of your 13 and transplanting into the 67. Would make one helluva 67 restomod.

thats what i figured you were meaning axis but that would be an expensive motor to stick in the 67 if i did that

I did have a spare set of double hump heads that were angle milled. Had them forever then finally gave them to my old engine builder.

Replace the ls3 with a forged block like a 416 and drop the ls3 in your 67

good thought nightmare but with the 67 i would like to keep it as original as possible but update the supension. wish i had a numbers matching 350 and trans for it and some idiot took the standard trans and put in an auto somewhere along the way
