Beef, You would most assuredly be welcome in our camp... anytime you wanna, come on....

We've been there five times, and been through lots of parts, engines, turbos, etc... Yes you would understand as a road racer... It's tough but so worth it... Thanks

LMAO, if there was one... I got a fire bottle you can sit on.... Rachael did.. She's our pit mascot and resident harassment victim, that dishes it out as well as she takes it....

Bragging rights... and permission to buy a 225 + t-shirt... 200 and above you have to have a valid speed ticket to buy one...

Yes they are and yes they do... I went by there to deliver the die cast car from my dads collection after he passed away... Very nice operation and class abounds from the owners to the staff to the cars... Thanks a bunch...

Honestly it is substantially faster from 70-140 than it is from 0-70.... I kid you not... Corey told me in the radio on one launch to go... my foot was flat on the floor just after fully engaging the clutch... that's all there was... We are going to look into a trans gear ratio that will help us off the line... No kidding, a VW could beat me to the 1/8th mile...

A few more...

A shirt I wore, and i gave one to the security chief of the event, who is an off duty DPS trooper... He was thrilled to get it...

A celebratory bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue, we cracked the top after taking the record...

Andres Vivanco of ERL, our sales rep who traveled down for the event... Enjoyed having him....

Mirko's Albatross... Mirko is a man we met several years ago at our first Mile event... He is from Yugoslavia and is a ferry boat captain in Aransas Pass Texas, comes out in the Albatross every event to spend time with us and watch fast cars... He is family...

And some more of our Mile Family...

Cindy Gustin, Sean and Patricks mom, Sean and I met at the Mile several years ago... Patrick is the young man mentioned on my back glass. He was a pilot for a medical flight company, and was killed in a car wreck in Florida last year...

Cindy's Husband and Mirko...

Justin Stephans and I, We also met at the mile. He was not supposed to be there but cut short a trip to Houston, drove home to Gatesville Texas and borrowed a friends Cessna 172 and flew down to Beeville to be with us... It was a huge and pleasant surprise for me...

Rachael, riding to the grid with me, at less than 15.2 mph...

Rachael,

Rachael and Justin Lyons (Camaroskooter) arriving at the hotel...

Sean (L) and Patrick in Italy. Patrick was my Co-pilot and guardian Angel for this event. His mother Cindy brought me a shirt for the Gustin Brothers Racing... They have an incredibly special family...

A bunch of the gang...

Rick and his Wife, He races a Vette, went 237.X
Corey straddling his magic box (laptop)
Sam Borondy, (HappyPappy) he raced his Kenne Belle boosted Camaro for the first time and went a very respectable 177.X mph... His wife Marsha took the photo...
Sams son Nathan,
My wife Debbie in the white jacket...
Chris, (Atti2de)
Rachael
Justin
Justin
Standing on the ground,

Heath Cooper,
me,
Mirko...
