Needing advice from a suspension GURU!

I just added a whole extra stable of Horses to my Camaro. My question is what should i attack first on the underside and in what order so that i can maximize my performance as far as Launches, cornering etc?

You'll need to provide some detailed information before anyone can help you out. The exact number of horses will determine if your drive train needs immediate attention or if you can concentrate elsewhere.

Have you done any upgrades yet to the rear suspension or drive train?
Trailing arms or toe rods? Axles?

What do you plan to use your car for?

No I havent yet. It's not my daily driver and no plans for the drag strip yet. As for my plans well I'm trying for a build where I can hit the Draco strip and still be able to take some serious curves on a road course!

With that kind of power you need to look at the following just to plant it:

solid rear subframe bushings
differential bushings
control arm bushings
rear trailing arms and bushings
toe rods and bushings
front and rear sway bars

These would be a good idea too:

front suspension bushings (various)
either lowering springs or coil overs

That will transform the car but you need to make sure you select the right parts. It can turn into a basket case in a hurry if you do not. If you would like to discuss it in detail feel free to hit me up. We carry multiple product lines and have the experience to build a custom package that will work best for your kind of use and budget.

This video shows how ridiculously stable the 5th Gen suspension is when Pedderised. Danny Popp is driving the wheels off the Lingenfelter L/28. Watch the tire side wall shift under load. Watch for the the red and white turtle backs passing under the tire. Nothing upsets the suspension.

Three of the Fastest 5th Gens run Pedders Suspercars or LPE Drag Coilovers.

At the last OPTIMA Qualifying event Pedders equipped 5th Gens took 1st and 3rd. In the last three events we have finished 1st twice, 2nd once and 3rd once. We have not seen another 5th Gen or any other late model Muscle Car even come close.

Danny Popp at Gingerman.

TJ Bain and Raymond's Performance Camaro at the MSD Challenge.

Mark Hupfer at Putnum Park in the Raymond's Performance Camaro. Watch him pass everything on the track.

There are a lot of companies that go to market as racing companies. Pedders does NOT make race parts. Pedders makes street parts that deliver a high quality rides and great driving experience every time you turn the key. Funny thing is our street parts seem to be right at home on the track. This short video will explain why.

How stable can a Pedders steel jacketed be in the knuckle of your 5th Gen?

OEM Rubber

Pedders Urethane Bush

Pedders Steel Jacketed -- Measuring on the thin edge of urethane allows it to flex and results in a low reading. With the ferule in place it is 85 durometer urethane.

We show you how to install our products via DIY videos.

Bruce Raymond started you down the right road. Give Bruce a call or stop by the Autocross to see us at C5FEST III. We'll take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you get what you need from us.

You said I'm kind of a like it buy it kind of guy. I am so confident that you'll be thrilled with your Pedders parts I'll see to it personally your money is refunded if you don't like them.
