Hurricane in Orlando?

Hello,

I've a question to the Orlando residents.

This year, I'll visit the USA again.
But I'm not sure whether I should I go to Las Vegas or Orlando.

I would prefer Orlando because I was already 2 times in Las Vegas.
My problem is the hurricane season in Florida.

Can anyone tell me please, how the odds are that there is a hurricane or that it rains a lot in Orlando, end of September?

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

Haven't had a hurricane in Orlando since 2004ish. I think your odds are pretty good.

Hurricane, probably not. Rain definitely. Afternoon showers for sure. Certainly not enough to cancel a trip over.

It doesn't even rain every afternoon like it used to 15 years ago.

If you want to go see Mickey...then definitely plan for it. The odds are in your favor.

However, if we have a hurricane come through Florida in late September.....all your fault!!!

So it's done.
The decision whether I shall go to Orlando or to Vegas, was very difficult.

But after due deliberation, I have yesterday booked a trip to Vegas again.
Because, there are no rainy days, the traveling time is much shorter, I do not need a car, Disneyland Anaheim is not far away and I have the chance to win a lot of dollars.

Thank you very much for all your answers.
