People have reported CELs and limp modes from the VTC. So for me it's more trouble than it's worth.
FYI: There's 4 for sale on page 1 of the classifieds at the moment. |

FWIW, I never had one lick of trouble from mine. I pulled mine off to troubleshoot what turned out to be a tuning issue from complications with my procharger tuning. I was just trying to eliminate anything that could contribute to the issue I was having but it was never the VTC. I was very close to putting it back on my car until I got a buyer for it what I considered a pretty fair price.
I think most people end up selling it because they eventually get a custom tune and can set the throttle up like they want and don't need the external VTC anymore.
