I've been beating this around for a few days now and been way too busy to do anything about till now, but let me know what you all think about doing another meet and greet in early summer? I was talking to the Dealer's owner and sales manager yesterday and they asked me about doing another get-together. The owner is actually pretty excited about doing this again this year. I might push him into doing some advertising for the event.
What do you all think about doing an all Camaro event or leaving it just 5th gens?
I'm looking for a consence from everyone before I go and set a date. Let me know what you all think and when would be a good time.
Since, I'm on the coast the weather typically isn't getting good until about now, but this year is something else. The 4th of July weekend is out, way too busy. I will also be out of town the last week full of August. Maybe the last part of July or the first half of August. Could look at sometime in September as well. The Beach Barons car show is the first weekend after Labor Day. Wouldn't it be something for a bunch of 5th gens be cruising Longbeach on a Saturday night? The majority rules for dates. For planning purposes, suggest a couple of weekends to pick from in case the weather doesn't cooperate or the dealer has something going on.

I'm looking at possibly getting some pulled pork sent up from Bob's BBQ in San Diego. They make the best pulled pork/coleslaw sandwiches I've ever tasted.
Or, I smoke a pork butt on my friends Treager Grill and make my own. Either way the food will be great!
I'm assuming the Dealer will offer some door prizes again like last year.

We had a great turn out last year. Hope you all can make it again.!

that sounds great last yr i got my camaro like a week after you guys had the last meet i reamber it was in end of june and i got my car july 4th , i also own Rob's Philly cheese steak shop in down town seaside we also got NY hotdogs with the sabretts red onion sause i can bring some food over to let me know anyweek works for me

We don't know what our schedule is from week to week, but if we're available, we'd love to take a drive to the coast.
I think all gens should be welcome.

This is a good weekend, but unfortunately I'm flying out the next day for Atlanta.

So, in July starting the 16th through Aug 13th. Then some time in Sept. works.

I'm in! Especially if there is BBQ. Rally Robs Cheese steak sounded good also. And I'm always ready for a drive to the coast. The only weekends that would not work would be Labor day and 4th of July. I have family visiting on those weekends. Otherwise I believe we can make it.
