LetThe Wife Drive Her Today!!!!
Yep just like the title reads, I decided I would be the passenger today, seeing as I drive Lil' Blue over 500 miles weekly, it was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed seeing the permagrin in her face as she took control and drove me all around town(usually I like to have her drive on the weekends anyways, but this particular weekend it was too rainy for us to take her Jeep Wrangler)
She handled it like a pro, but very cautious becasue she would hate something happening to the car especially when she is driving it. I really got a kick seeing the look in her face when she took it out on the back roads and just let her rip and openned her up, when she was finished she just looked at me and said "Now THAT is just what I needed! I needed that fix! This thing is freekin awesome!" I think she drives it a lot better than I do, but after all is said and done she wouldn't give her Jeep up for anything, I dont blame her.......

pssshh...not gonna happen around here. Close to four years, the wife's driven it less than 5 times. And never with me in it. LoL...it is a sight to behold though!

Not quite there yet at my house. I did offer once but I think she's a little bit skeered. Throw in the fact she hasn't driven a manual in about 6 years............

Something like that happened to my grandmother. Drove for the first time...wrecked my grandfather's car. Never drove again after that. My grandfather passed away 15 years ago, and she still has never drove again.

A: My wife doesn't drive stick
B: Her rims look like they have rubbed every curb within 20 miles. C: She doesn't ask, I don't offer.

Well I see some strange comments here but I can understand, there are some guys that can entrust their wives with anything no matter how cherished the object is to him, I just happend to be one of those guys.
Besides that, my wife knows that if she screws anything up on the car, then its most likely "upgrade" time. And she is the last person who she wants responsible for that lol. She is a good woman and pretty much jumped through hoops to see me achieve ownership of one of these fine machines, especially after seeing me go through sacrificing my '68 Camaro during tough financial times. She knows what this car means to me, abd it shows through how she treats it while she drives it

Awesome man.
My mother has drove mine, both my closest friends, my ex girlfriend...each one had varying opinions and it was neat to see what they thought.
