I don't know why the scammers think they need to put in that cutout of contact Imatheif@youlose.com but that is pretty much always a sign of a scam. If they can't do business directly within private message on forum, run away. Even if they will you use a private message, it might still be a scam, but the "hey contact so & so" is always a scam.

Pretty much any reply to a WTB add is a scam. I wouldn't even consider dealing on a big item unless they have a post count of several hundred or I pay in person.
