I called my dealer and asked for my order number and he told me QKBX9Z. Is this a valid number?? It's not working on the chevy.com track your order page :(

P.S. I already asked in a separate thread but can you tell me if they can still add a stripe package to my order without changing my TPW? I asked them to do it over a month ago and just found out today that they didn't
