I'm glad to hear you don't have cats because with that maggie, they'd be toast anyway.

IPS had to reweld my cutouts to make them fit, but they were not the same brand as yours. But, they put them where the off road pipes would normally go (right behind the headers).

I compared my cutout sound to a friends. He put his in the bend further back on the exhaust. Mine were noticeably louder.

I'm not sure if I'll be getting cutouts for my new exhaust or not. I'm not sure they will do much for the sound in a TT car. I should start a thread...

I'm gonna try and do it up front. Put some good turn downs and hopefully have room to angle it the way I want. Just gotta look.

Headed out to do it now.

Sawsall, here I come.

Don't forget... Measure once, cut twice.

you wouldnt be broke. you would spend the same amount (actually probably less, I'm cheap... but I'm not easy). You already know how many times I've told you that I'm a "Bang for your buck" kinda guy.

remember.... measure six times, then wrap a piece of tape around the exhaust (so you have a guide line to go with) and make sure the tape has no wrinkles so its straight, then cut

Well, It seemed like a good idea.

There is NO 12 inch section of the Borla exhaust that isn't bent or have a turn in it so I can't put this 'Y' pipe in and fit the motors.

I might have to take it to a shop.
