Those are just upgrades LOL.... ZL1 should have been just like the Z28 and had the black wheels and front fascia exclusive.

Cars were being wrapped long before the 1LE came along...nothing is exclusive.

wait...you're saying the 1LE isn't the first vehicle to come with a matte black hood?!?! its almost like its there for a real purpose. [/sarcasm]
people are funny on here. ford did it on the Mach 1...guess Ford should be all irate about GM doing it now. im thinking about wraping my hood in a matte wrap, guess I should get my lawyer ready. this... |

The hoodwrap is the only thing I would change about the 1LE. The 2014 and above 1LEs that I've seen with the hood wrap removed are the best looking Camaros on the road. I get what yoqu are saying though. It identifies your superiority over the regular SS. Some people need that comfort to make themselves feel better about who they are. That's cool.

Haha, you don't know me at all with that statement. Put the LSA in the LS and I'm a buyer. I've said that many times in many posts. I had a 1978 pinto with a 302 years ago just to beat up on guys that had a superiority complex.

I like the hood wrap on the 1LE's for the most part. I think it looks outstanding on a white, yellow and red car. I do not like it on the blue or black because there isn't enough contrast, but I digress.
Ultimately, the end user can do what they want to their vehicle. I don't think we can count on a 1LE on the 6th Gen. GM already said the base SS outperforms the 5th Gen 1LE. Maybe they will have to offer the 1LE to compete with the Mustang's track ready model, but I don't think we can count on it for 2016. I don't think I'll be interested in the 6th Gen til we see what 2017 holds. I'm very bored with the SS being the top dog.
