Ihave an ipod genis nano. I just bought for my camaro. but unlike you young whippersnappers i dont know to use it in my car.

In the consol box there is a plug ---is this the usb port plug --or an aux plug???

Do i have to pair my nano with someone like i do my bluetooth for it to work thru my car speakers??? (and thur my stearing wheel audio controls)

leatherneck, the plug in the Camaro (C&C package or with certian models) is a standard USB connector. All you will have to do is make sure your ipod has a USB output cable. Once you plug it into your car, you will be able to access songs on your ipod right from the radio controls (and streering wheel controls as applicable).

You are very welcome! It is in the center console. In fact, here are some other threads with even more info in them. I think there might even be a video somewhere showing how to use it.

Basically, if you have an mp3 player, be it an iPod, ZUNE, or any Microsoft play-for-sure device, you're set.

Your player should have come with a cable to hook it up to your computer through a USB port. This exact same cable will be what you use in the center console of your Camaro.

It's really quite straight-forward. No worries.
