in my experience on shipping... the cost to ship from arizona to canada will probably cost as much as the wheels themselves, but only the OP can confirm or prove me wrong.

Ship them to Pakage Express in 98295 at Sumas and they cost no more than anywhwere in the USA.
I had the wheels with tires on them shipped for 200 from AZ.

I had them boxed with packing " peanuts" with the air deflated and sent to Sumas Washington. You drive over and pick them up. There is no broker fee. They weigh 62 lbs each mounted. It is less to send them from AZ to Sumas than most states farther east. Pakage Express charged 3.00 per box TO ACCEPT THEM and hold them for me.There is no duty on parts.

I just shipped 2 rear wheels boxed up and 2 front wheels and tires from Louisiana to Kansas City, MO for $170 via UPS. WHen I got my new wheels shipped from Florida to Louisiana I was charged $200 for all 4 wheels. I thought the shipping was a bit high but I got them undamaged.
