My ZL1 had 2 miles on it from LGR. Dealer was afraid to drive it! Bought it in November. Still only have 100 miles total on it. Road surfaces are just too cold right now in Michigan. Can't wait until spring!

It's a new car with warranty. Who cares. 30 miles isn't shit.

Invoice, incentive, and hold back still doesn't give them 8 grand to throw at a clean deal without some chicanery that people who can afford a $60,000 toy can spot. A trade in deal changes everything. 6 grand on a straight deal, yes.

its unknown mileage. you dont know who drove the car and how they drove the car. like i said it might not be a big deal to others but for me its a deal breaker... let me take your car and put 30 miles on it and give it back. how would you feel? its unknown mileage. piece of mind knowing i only drove the car and it has 3 miles on it from delivery... PREFERENCE

Those 30 miles were likely put on 1/4 mile at a time. 30 hard miles at the start of it's life isn't something I'd be wanting as a buyer.

Me either. At the end of the day you really don't know what happened with that car.

Yeah improper break-in will make a big difference in the later performance and longevity of the engine. 30 miles may as well be a used vehicle. It really is a lot to still be labeled as "new".

I think per GM, new is anything under 500 miles or something like that, then you start to lose warranty mileage time after a certain point.

Think about this on the dealer trade side of things. They found you a Silverado 200 miles away at another dealer and your dealer will give you a smoking deal. They get it to you and now it has 200 miles. Its still a brand new car, and your warranty goes from 200 miles to 36,200 for the bumper to bumper, and powertrain to 100,200 miles.

went and saw this beauty yesterday (sunday). very nice and it was even un-locked. the interior is super nice, first time to see the new gen ZL and sit in one. its a must have car. it still had the 30 miles on it, i looked pretty closely all around, inside the fender wells etc.. clean as can be. the tires still had the little dimple thingies from Goodyear (sidewalls). dont know if that means the vehicle was not driven hard but here is a pic for those of you who may be interested.

A good price at 59K. Invoice, 1K incentive money and some of the hold back thrown at the deal and you got your 59 grand.
