Jan - Your painting is very nice. My eye went to your shadowing on the railing. It looks a photograph.

Richard is always bragging about that 70 and 1/2 (LOL). As he should!! I might have to go up there and steal it some day. Did I just say/write that out loud. However, it would look really nice between my 69 and 13.

I finally got off my butt and put some new 15 inch tires and wheels on the 1969 Camaro. It doe make it look more “muscular”, as it should look.

Everyone stay safe and healthy.

John
Your 69 is AWESOME John!

Trick, I second that hope. My daughter lucked out when it took that turn. The pan handle initially looked like it was in the bulls-eye but as it turned out, they were the only part of the state to go unscathed.

John & Jan - Thanks for thinking of me! We had zero damage from Ian. I have a good friend that lives on Sanibel Island which was basically wiped out. He and his wife evacuated ahead of Ian and are safe. He hasn’t been able to see his house because the Causeway to Sanibel Island was washed away. By the pics I’ve seen of Sanibel Island not much is left.

Jan - Glad the Ian turned and didn’t hit the Panhandle. I’ve been through every Hurricane in Florida for the past 65 years. Ian was definitely one of the most destructive Hurricanes I’ve seen to hit my state!

I am now in Sebring where the eye came thru at around 100 or so gusts higher. It was scary as hell. Our fence blew down and a tree but no damage to our dwelling. We are thankful, there was considerable damage here.
Love it down here with the wildlife and such. Warmth, palm trees, ahhhh.
Retirement is good.

So glad you escaped the damage theragtopguy, and glad you are enjoying retirement.

We have gone from a 3 Camaro family to Camaroless. Hubby ended up selling both his Camaros. We just were not driving them & they deserve to be driven. And it is such a sellers market. We got way more than expected for all our Camaros. I am so glad we got them when we did but it was time. No regrets.
