ADM LSA Camaro Cold Air Intake Pics - Testing underway

We have data finished up with our cold air intake system for the LSA Powered camaro community. The Data showed that a tune will need to be done with the change of the factory intake system.

ADM PERFORMANCE still retains the Maf/Intake air temp sensor inside the airbox,by doing this we have eliminated the heat soak from the engine bay at speed.

After tuning and no other changes you can expect 18-23 rwhp over stock. This may not sound like much, but there is no boost increase with this modification, thus allowing the same great oem reliability and minimal stress to the drivetrain.

Silly question, but what does a tune give without the cold air?
Product looks good.

Gm has gotten very good with sending these current
generation of cars out with very good calibrations.
It has become difficult to gain large amounts
Of power with tuning only, you must make parts changes
along with tuning changes to see any relavent gains.

So those that think you can order a performance
Tune in a box will have a pleasant suprise.

True enough. Knock sensors etc. let them get a lot more aggressive.
The larger intake will only be better the more you wind this baby up.
A pulley, intake, and tune and you are in business.

Andy, did you get 18-23hp after tuning alone or after tuning with the CAI installed?

Do you have to tune? I know it will make it better, but a lot of people might not want to void the warranty for a CAI.

With a maf rescaling only and ADM STREET INTAKE.

Full Tune and Intake have not been completed yet.

Unfortunantly those that want to modify their cars should accept responsibility for their actions.

My customer base is very much responsible for their actions as are we.

Yes, but on the SS you could buy a $300 intake and make some gains without worrying about losing the warranty.

Throw in the tune and you better have around $11,000 or so for a new motor if it blows. :( It just makes a common, cheap mod not cheap at all anymore. Gotta pay to play I guess.
