Thanks! Personally overall I prefer the 10-13 cars but I agree that the 14-15 rs rear would have been perfect with the 10-13 nose. Any who We ran to Wally World for a few minutes and i snapped this picture. I talked briefly with the owner, he was a cool guy. Love his 1LE too.

Never understood why so many did not like the taillights on the 14-15 refresh. Looks very similar to the 69 taillights, which I liked. Given the choice, I would have still chosen the 10-13 taillights, but I have still liked the looks of the 69 styled lights.

Why I will never part ways with this car.
I think the 2020 Corvette is another crowning glory for GM.

I changed out my 2014 1LT tail lights with the Hero smoke sequential tail lights. I didn't like the stock lights at all. It didn't seem to quite go along with the car for some reason.

I dont know about that. I understand the mid engine decision and all that, but the styling is not an instant classic like the 5th gen. The problem with going mid engine is that it begins to look like all the other mid engine cars that are out there. Short stubby hood with a long back end. Some of which, can do the mid engine design a lot better like some of the exotics that are out there.

The Blue with Silver stripes is my second favorite color combo.

Yeah they(euros) did fancier looking cars for 200K plus

How many offer a car with 500HP and a price of 60K or a performance pkg for 5k more.....none

I know a lot will be 80k out the door but even that is an awesome value.

Strap a Maggie on or TT and 700HP will be easy.

Also keep in mind that Corvette has always seemed to weather depreciation better than most of the euro cars. Look at the Jaguars, Mercedes, and Maseratis for example. The value on those things tank, especially around the 6-10 year mark. ie. 2014 Quattroportes went for near $120k. Now you can find pristine used ones for less than $30k. That would make me sick if I was an owner. But for the buyer with a stable wallet for maintenance? They can pick up quite the amazing car for a bargain.

To each his own, I guess.

that is the 2014 refresh. the Camaro got new rear tail lights in 2014, and a friendly debate has been going on ever since about what are better. We all know the 2010-2013 look better, but we don't like to brag..

It's a mixed bag for me. I definitely like the front end of the 10-13, the hood of the 14-15 and the taillights of the 14-15. At first I did NOT like the taillights of the 10-13 but since owning one, they have grown on me.

I guess over all, I just really like these cars. A lot. Regardless of year. My 2013 SS/RS/1SS has brought real driving joy back into my life. And that my friends, is really what it's all about...
