You my friend are in allocation limbo. You need to ask your dealer about how many allocaitons they have. Have you been at 1100 long? If so, you may be waiting a while. Search for information on the allocaiton process.

To make it even easier,and this is very important, if you can place punctuation after the order number it would make it faster, as when you copy you have to remove the space afterwards in the GM system. As always, I'll try and keep up as best I can.

Workbench number means squat. All that means is its in the computer at 1100. It can still sit there for... well forever at 1100 if they don't get an allocaiton. Do your self a favor and ask...

1> how many people at 1100 ahead of you
2> how many allocations do you have THIS MONTH. The THIS MONTH is the important part.

If the answer to number one is 15 and the answer to number 2 is 3... expect a long wait, or find a new dealer.

I waited 4 weeks for mine but I knew I had to. I wanted to stay with my dealer/salesman.

My question is I cancelled the NMGGTC order last week Becasue I found a dealer with a available allocation and he believes he can get me a car in 8-10 weeks. My first dealer says I won;t get the car before December if I stick with them. I want to see if this order will show as cancelled in the system. Do you know what happens when an order is cancelled?

Do the dealership simply pull those from the stack or will they go through as cancelled orders and that will show up when you do your checks?

Do they keep the order in an attempt to get the car on their lot to sell it locally and mark it up?
