Clunk when turning

What's up guys, I have an issue and can't seem to figure it out. When I turn the wheel, when the car is stationary, I sometimes hear a thud from under my feet. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's annoying. Also does it when I nail a pothole, but once again, randomly. I changed the tie rods, and the sway bar links, to no avail. What else could it be? Shocks? Just hit 48k miles on my 2013 2SS. The only other thing it could be is a loose bolt somewhere? Not sure. I could of bet money it was my tie rod, but nope. Thanks in advance.

Prob the strut* or strut mount, sorry, was tired when typing original post. But yeah, thoughts? I want to go with the 1LE suspension. I can just install them instead, correct?
