You need to call and PM Pete. It has to be because they are busy and it fell through the crack. Sh*t happens. I can tell you Pete is an outstanding guy. I had a issue with another company's suspension part and Pete send me a PM and offered to give me his parts FREE! He had absolutely no reason to do that other than I own his XA coilovers. I received the parts as promised at ZERO cost to me.

Sorry to hear that. Have you been in constant contact by communicating with Pedders? I've dealt with Pete, Rob, and Deb at Pedders; all have been more than willing to help me before and after my purchase of Pedders products. I've even had Pete call me at night to make sure I was happy.

I heard that there had been a problem fixing a link with the AU computer system, so Deb might be hard to reach. Also, while it's no excuse, Pete has been extremely busy with SEMA, winning product awards and whatnot.

Click on the "24/7 SUPPORT" link that pops up on the side on their website to create a ticket and track your issue's progress. Everyone's been patient, whether it's waiting for sway bars or a refund. Pedders is a forum sponsor and they're going to help you. If you need Pete or Rob's direct contact number, feel free to PM me.

I have never even purchased anything from Pedders and have nothing but praise for their support in this forum with the nasty issues I have with my clunky front end.

it has been two months since lingenfelter sent you my defective coil-over. not only did your organization made me buy another coilover to replace the leaking defective coil-over while i waited for a determination of my leaking coilover, but the wait has been excessively long.

many camaro5 members vouch for your integrity and ability to perform. i hope you can find the time to look into this matter. i realize you are very busy with sema. perhaps you can remedy this issue.

From an outside perspective...

You bought it from Lingenfelter. You should be dealing with them to get it fixed. If they don't get the issue fixed in a timely matter, it's not Pete's fault. But, I'm sure Pete will be more than happy to help.

Pedders customer service is 2nd to none...and that is truth.

And it was not Pete that made you buy a 2nd coilover...that was Lingenfelter (according to your PM). I'm sure they understand you need a new coilover to get around. But, they aren't just going to start shipping out coilovers to anyone and everyone who lay claim to need one, but haven't sent their old ones in yet. I'm also sure everyone else gets this too.

Who knows what happened in the interim, but I'd bet if Pete was aware, he'll get on it asap.
