Seriously is the Pollen really bad at home now? We really did have a warning here in FL. On Singulair and Symbicort for Asthma and not working at all today. Waiting for the rain to wash some this stuff out of the air.

This is some messed up weather this year. 80 degree and sunny to 6 inches of snow. The end must be near.

Hi everyone.

Cam99 referred me here as he said the thread here is a lot of fun with some cool people in the 'burg area. Used to live in Pitt for a bit and miss the area. Living north of the border now.

On a more serious note, my years of being an auto enthusiast have taught me that the timeslip doesn't care what you drove to get it (my variant of "fast is fast") and there are tons of ways to get to where you want to go. My older brother a few years out of high school went to work for a chevy dealership and bought his first brand new car (a 1989 Camaro v8). I loved getting rides in that car. Then I have friends who owned DSM variants as well as a ton of different domestic offerings ranging from a 1969 GTO vert to the 03-04 cobras to the late model Camaro SS. I had a domestic turbocharged 4-banger before getting my latest car. Potential comes in many different forms.

Don't get me wrong I do have my own personal biases, but over the years I've mellowed a lot from "ZOMG BRAND X IS TEH BESTEST EVAR!!!!!!!" to "yea this is what I like because I prefer X, Y, and Z and other brands don't do it as well for me".

Anyway, enough rambling... thanks for the welcome and i'm looking forward to keeping up with auto news from the 'burg from the Camaro perspective.

Welcome man, glad you signed up. The pittsburgh thread is a great place to come when the internets make you want to bathe with a toaster. I will warn you though the rest of the site here doesn't take at all to non-gm nuthuggery so tread with caution. Oh and Mustangs suck
