I have a used Hurst Auto comp shifter plate with the black handle that I found in my storage. It is not perfect but in good shape. There are some surface scratches on the plate and shifter handle, nothing major, but the are seen i the pics. $500 plus shipping.

Really easy, probably about 30 minutes. You remove the shifter handle, pop off the center console plate, which is a few tabs. Then you pop off shifter plate, 4 tabs....splice two wires and replace.
