My car is summit white with inferno orange interior.

If you were closer, I have a 2010 SS in Summit White with grey/black interior and would like to have the orange to match my rally stripes. Sorry I can't help with the pics though.

You're in luck as I'm waiting to find time to finish installing the orange insert in the passenger door. Try and ignore the red arm rest. Sorry I don't have a picture with the gray dash trim but I swapped that out first.

With the gray color and orange seats, It didn't look right. The seats looked out of place. Black trim may look better but you really need matching trim pieces to visually connect the interior otherwise it will look like you just replaced the seats.

You could also vinyl wrap the trim. Only the top edge of the insert lets light shine through so you'd be okay (as long as the installer can cut to match the curve). However, the door is subjected to lots of rubbing so it may not hold up over time.

For some reason my image isn't rendering so here's the link.
