Yay, some stickers and maybe limited edition wheels for a 7k uptick in price. Thanks a lot GM, it really shows why the camaro sales are flat lining.

Click bait. Chevy isn’t pulling out of Nascar. They Run Camaros now, unless they bring some other name back from the dead they aren’t going to have anything to race with. Malibu is dead after the ‘24 model year and I don’t see them racing the spark. I also don’t see the Vette filling the gap. I guess the Vette is a possibility and the most likely in the event the Camaro is done. I don’t think the Camaro is done. P

GM is at the forefront with Big 3 EVs. So I can see them doing away with Camaro or calling an El Camaro.

I've been a Chevy fan all my life, but God damn can they F up a wet dream.
Even the change at 2014, I love the front, but hate the back, and I get it, the can be very subjective. At the same time, when the retro era kicked off, they are late in the game with the POS HHR (my opinion) but don't make a Chevelle. WTF did they not see how the Challenger did? Doesn't matter, they'd screw it up.
It's like they got great ideas and then the higher ups get involved and ruin it.

Agreed.
Unless something drastically changes i have bought my last new Chevy. Crap warranties, idiot piratical dealers, and going EV is the last straw. The 6th gen back seat is a joke unless your kids are a pair of Yorkies.

The whole Big 3 going cab forward shove-everything-under-the-dash has been a disaster too.

Seen some refer to this as the "failure edition" and sorry but I have to agree. Typical gm as usual....

Stumbled upon this earlier today on accident.
I rest my case, clickbait… which is it Gmauthority? Camaro is around for a “long time” or 2-3 years/race seasons. The possibility of atleast 10 more years of Camaro in NASCAR is mentioned in the link below. I don’t believe a damn thing until GM confirms. I do believe a 7th Gen 2 door coupe will happen but I also believe it will be likely fundamentally different than any camaro we’ve ever seen and likely in ways most of us don’t want.(my self included) The new car nascar is using starting next year has provisions for future hybrid/full electric power trains which would be right in the wheel house of an electric Camaro. I sure don’t want to see it but I’m confident it’s coming.

GM is all about EV now, so let’s hope if they build a EV Camaro let’s give it style and 1080 horsepower

It'll have to compete with the performance of Tesla at least.

So GM knuckled under to the so called enthusiasts who wanted "lighter smaller and faster"

Then they build it and they don't buy it.

So now its doomed never to return with power by an ICE :(

That ZL1 ILE looks awesome.

So long old friend :(
