While the show is pretty cool,it sucks how he doesnt even have his FFL any more,it was taken away from him,and now he is not even running his own business...They faked him giving over the business on the show to try to smooth over the fact he doesnt have a FFL any longer...all because he lost track of a shipment of AK47's that also part of the reason he didnt want to build anymore AK47 platform's any longer...he didnt loose the rifles just the paper work,so ATF taught him a lesson,and now we all have to worry about congress trying to take all vets 2nd amendment rights away....

It is legal if you pay the tax on it,and get the class 3 lic..its not hard to get but come june the ATF is going to do away with any trust's so it will take yrs ,never in some cases to get one if your local cops has their way,but some will sign off on it others wont..but right now you can get a trust where anyone listed on it can legally use and have it with them ...good luck ,
Although i get the point your joking some may really think its not legal to own it...
