Ditto on the battery causing problems.
On wife’s Tahoe the same lights came on and I immediately jumped to electrical problems of some sort. After new battery, grounds and other checks found online, we chased it down to a shorted (aka pinched) rear wiring harness. One key indicator was a heavy arc when removing the negative terminal for other checks. The arc means current flow. The negative terminal should never have current flowing. |

If you have current on the positive terminal, you have current on the negative. You typically will have a small arc on the ground even if things are normal just from the parasitic draw of the modules that are on all of the time.

As was stated the current on the negative post will always be identical to the current on the positive post. |
