Installed a Rockford Fosgate P300-12 in my camaro

Excused the wiring mess. I have since cleaned it up and it looks much better.

I read previous threads about the p300-10 but i wanted the bigger speaker, which is the 12 inch. I bought an 8 AWG KnuKonceptz OFC wiring kit from amazon and this thing works great. The + is connected to the + end of the battery. The ground is connected to the bolt that connects the rear seats. Remote turn on is spliced into my Kenwood head unit.

Remote wire and AV wires are ran from the front to the back in opposing sides to prevent any static interference.

This thing KICKS. The bass sounds amazing for being a powered sub.

The instructions tell you. But if you tap into the speaker wires, make sure the switch is on high output, and it will auto detect thus turning off and on by itself. Same when using RCA, but the switch goes to the opposite. This is how I have my p300 installed with the BA system with no problems. It can really bump.

I have a New Titan Pro4x and it has a Rockford Fosgate 12 speaker system with a nice sub under the passenger seat ...that system pounds. I really like the quality.

I had the 10in in mine but since we traded in the wifes Murano for a new Colorado I took the 12in out of it and had it on offer-up with low ball offers, when I saw this post I decided to try it out, so glad I did, sounds much better, not saying the 10 didn't but this makes a big difference. So now I have a 10in for sale
