Throwout bearing replacement?

Is it possible to replace the throwout bearing on a stock slave cylinder for a 2010 SS M6?
I have a Monster clutch kit on order that comes with a bearing and I'm wondering if the old one can be replaced without swapping the entire assembly.

Unless something is wrong with mine, the answer is yes. I just yanked the bearing right off the top on the cylinder.

Anyone done this work on jack stands? I have the billet insert I'd love to change it before I have problems.

I have done two clutch jobs, a road runner and 280ZX. Both cars were done on floor jack. Depends how long my current clutch will last, I may have to pay someone to do it.
