Hello All
14 pages worth was an awesome read. I have a '13 A6 Has anyone done a max effort project without opening up the motor? Is it possible to get to 600-625 range? |

I got my car dynoed a couple weeks ago, and honestly thought the numbers would be a lot higher. I bought the car with everything on it already and have added HX and a catch can after the dyno. Mods are heads, gt9 cam, 10% lower, 2.55 upper, isolater, 160 tstat, 63lb injectors, air raid CAI stainless works headers no cats, and a catback exhaust on pump gas. Is this normal? I thought I would be closer to 700whp. Numbers were 627hp and 608tq. (Don't know how to post pictures from my phone).

Don't buy into all these Dyno numbers, all dynos read different. It's just a tunning tool. Go to the track..last year my car was making about the same HP as yours and still would trap 130-132 mph in 1/4 all day long. Cars on here with dyno sheets showing 675-785 rwhp were trapping slower MPH and ETs.

Build-essentials:
LSA Block w/Darton Sleaves, Diamond Pistons, Callies Rods, LSA Crank built by LME LSA Heads ported by Advanced Modern Performance LS3 Intake and LSA TB Fore Triple Pump Flex Fuel System w/Holley Fuel Rails and 127lb injectors Alky Control Dual Meth Injection System AGP Turbo System 58/62 DBB Turbos, Street FMIC using OEM LS3 Exhaust manifolds EBC Go Fast Bits G-Force II Spec ST Dual Disc Clutch Corsa Catback with modified V-flanges to attach directly to turbo outlets Tune by Advanced Modern Performance's Sam Miller The car puts the power down just right and the boost controller allows me to adjust power levels all the way down to 600 wheel. Very Very happy with the platform, glad I bought it and built it. Not sure what is next, but this car is complete for my taste.

The car had some 93 in it when I topped off with e85 and that is what the sensor was reading. And yes - For now - on BAP... Working on other options. I just cant justify the FORE or squash systems for $3000..

Resets the fuel curve. If your car seems underpowered this could be why. Here's a couple threads on the subject.
