Yet another sighting: the other day I saw a Black V6 w/ White Rallys on Twin River Rd. in Lincoln, almost heading toward CCRI. Looked nice. Later that night I saw a silver RS (I dont know if it was a V6 or not) headed from Kirkbrae Country Club.

Can you add me as a Rhode Island member too... I'm in RI as much as I'm in MA. I bought my car there from BaliseCamaro 2010 so my car should be a member at least.

The Scituate Art Festival one was likely mine... I was parked in the VEE split in the road entering the vllage... I've been running the car a lot now that the mods are complete... took delivery Labor Day and now just over 5,000 miles... LOVE that CAR!

Why not, you have R.I. connections in a few ways.

Yup, that was you.

How was the festival? My wife wanted to go, but when we saw how crowded it was she didn't want to go anymore...so we spent a couple hours to go 1 mile through Scituate on the way home. :(

Festival is always a nice stroll... always crowded... we walked no more than 1/4 mi or so from parking spot to center of the action... easy to spend som money there if not careful... I ended up with kettle corn, and a business card from a guy who does car plaques from multi-colored wood pieces... so my black Camaro would be done with ebony or black walnut for example... grabbed his card to look at doing an order over the winter... they are around 12-14" oval style in a front quarter perspective looking back... thought it would make an interesting spin on the typiucal Camaro promo stuff...

Hey all, I just picked up my Camaro on Friday!

2SS RS, sun roof, L99, CGM

The summer tires weren't too bad this morning in the snow and ice, but my snow tires should arrive mid-week.

Congrats SRM, where did get your Camaro? I was at Balise Saturday, talking to Wayne and he has an awesome full showroom of Camaro's, there is a real nice CGM 2SSRS there, Balise has 7 2SSRS Camaro's and 4 RS Camaro's, I love walking into a showroom full of the best Camaro's ever made.

I agree!!! Nothing like walking and having a bunch of Camaro's right there.

I went to Hurd, they are near where I live and I've been extremely satisfied with them before. They didn't actually have the one I wanted, buy was able to obtain from another dealer. The did have a CGM, but it had stripes and the flashy interior color - I'm just not into that.

I did not get the warm and fuzzies from Balise. I went there back when SS's where not on lot. But they had one only because the guy that purchased it lost his job. They marked up the price I think 10 grand over MSRP. Then the sales person kept giving me "sales" speak. I cannot stand that. Hopefully they are better now.

I just bought some Heritage wheels and tires on Craigslist and put some Pirelli Scorpion ice and snow tires on them. They look good on CGM! What do you know... it's snowing out right now...

Mine is thankfully a total garage queen in foul weather... dont mind a drive in the COLD, but the roads need to be free of sand/grit and the like... so far, so good. HEATER works REAL well!! :-)

SRM!!! Welcome to THE CLUB!!! Put up some pics when you can!!

Hi All,
NOOB to the forum from RI. I've had a couple of new Camaros in the past though. Had a new baseline '86 from Dan Angelone in Warren and the a new '88 RS from Liberty in Swansea. I was seriously looking at the new Challenger but I have to say that the new Camaro really has my interest.
