So is anyone in South Carolina tuning? I am still on the fence about what to do. Both are going to cost roughly the same to do, I just would like to find someone reputable? Any good/recommended tuners in South Carolina???

Ya, even with my "canned tune" from my hypertech, I notice a huge difference in the tranny shifting. I retuned the other day to change a couple things and forgot to set the tranny back to where I had it. Drove the car about 100 miles round trip and it shifted like it was made out of pillows on the stock setting. I was disgusted. I am even surprised I bought the car after test driving it like that. Soooo much better with a trans tune, And I know its even better when its a dyno tune and not a canned tune.

Hello and Welcome to C5, There is Nothing better than Tuning in your own Driveway with the SCT and JRE.

I have tuned Nearly 1400 Gen5 Camaros alone never mind the Thousands of other GM Fords and Chrysler Products and Race cars.

If you are interested Feel Free to give me a call and I will go over how everything works and how easy it can be.

My tune instructions are also listed in this forum to help you understand the process.

Ted.
