Why do u Guys say its $3,000 over MSrp? Is that not a good price for a 2SS 1LE?

That would appear to be MSRP.

A 2SS/RS with 1LE & NPP is $42780. That car has NAV, which is $800-900 more (I don't recall). So the price is close to MSRP.

Standard disclaimer? Warranty would be from GM/Chevrolet, not the seller anyway.

It may be a standard disclaimer but it should have been removed because you do get a written warranty and the selling dealer is responsible for selling a vehicle that is without problems when you buy it and if any are found it is their responsibility to repair it.
This leads you to believe if you win the auction you get no warranty. Period.
