That's good and all, but still not a fan of the current style. Waiting on the 7th gen and have high hopes.......

I want to do that same...unfortunately I have shaved my head for 20 years and would look like Larry David if I grew my hair out.

Woof. Tried so hard to love it, but ended up with a C7 Z51 instead, at almost the same price on a year end deal last year. Why get the Malibu coupe when the vette is available? I've owned a 3rd 4th and 2 5th gens. Kept my 1LE. It's a classic design and feel that I'll always consider it "the one bright and shining moment" in Camaro history. Just my opinion, don't mean to offend anyone.

Your right...the 5th gen is a classic look that will never be out of date.

I’d agree if it were just a run of the mill street car. It’s a legitimate road course specialist and it’s all for function. So I can excuse it in that context. The ZL1 also needs all the cooling so air scoops and whatnot are critical to avoiding the overheat issues that plague the LT4 powered Z06.

I wonder how many of those ZL1/1LE's will be actually taken up to the speeds and road conditions where those tacky looking add ons will actually benefit the car. I'd say probably less than 1%.

But hey, who am I to judge. You want to spend nearky $90k for a car that has an ugly black erector set for a rear wing and stupid looking "dive planes" glued to your front bumper, have at it.

It's embarassing for a street driven car, IMO.

What can I say, traded my 14' SS on the 15' Z/28. I am in love with the 5th gen and especially the new Z/28, will be a classic forever.
