I like my 2011 1ss and am going to keep it and also I'm sure the ZL1 is going to be expensive and I don't want any more car payments..If you can get a reasonable price or a reasonable monthly payment and can afford it, you should do it... The ZL1 looks sweet..

If you have the technical skills to do it yourself, and do it right, you should mod. If your the type to throw money at cars to have shops do the mods, then buy a ZL1. Personally, I prefer to mod my own cars since i can do it myself, and it makes the car much more personal, and fun to drive IMO.

You can buy a really nice ZL1 for under $30K now. Thats a better deal than when this thread started,

ZL1, I had a 10 2ss/rs as well. It was an awesome car but the zl1 is something else.
