Hi guys, and welcome new folks!
 We will be out closer to you all this weekend, some of you are already with us on FB. Come on out and help team Bowtie make a respectable showing on the oval's home turff. Chevy's will vote for best Ford, & vice-versa. Update: Ford outnumbered Chevy 3 to 1, but we where still thanked and congratulated for our efforts helping raise money for charity. An awesome 57 Chevy Bel Air Nomad was chosen by all as Best of Show.

3Good morning everyone. I figured I would come on here and let everyone know that Dan is in the Robert Packer hospital in Sayre PA hooked up to a ventilator with Covid Pneumonia. As of yesterday the prognosis didn't look good. Received a call this morning that all his numbers look good and they have him lying on his stomach to give his lungs more room to expand. BUT - they wouldn't do surgery because my lungs were screwed from COVID. I finally get it out next week, and can hopefully get back to normal. Meanwhile, Erica (who has a number of rare and difficult conditions - Lupus, Elhers Danlos, POTS, etc) had her gastroparesis go into overdrive - she hasn't eat more than 200 calories a day in over a month. She lost 32lbs in September and continues to lose weight. She's starting IV nutrition this week to see if they can get her strength back up and hopefully that will get her stomach behaving normally again. If not, she'll end up with a surgically placed feeding tube. COVID is a straight asshole. 10/10 would not recommend, avoid at all costs. In other sad news - our (GPI) new small bore LS7 heads and cam setup is on hold. I was supposed to go down last month to do the chassis install and testing, but COVID ruined that too. Looks like we're gonna hold it for the spring.

Yes very sad news indeed! Dan was a great guy and a lot of fun at our Camaro outings! I hope there’s Camaro’s in heaven because I know he’ll be driving Vegas up there! RIP Dan!
