It feels awesome in the hand and with only slight movements of my fingers I can upshift or down shift.
I had to do a small amount of modification to the shifter under the button side grip to perfectly conceal the wires. Next I need to get a m6 steering wheel to totally eliminate the oem tap shifters.

Not really a lot of work, it actually was a process. 1st I bought the tap relocation kit and didnt like the suggested method of application used to mount the new tap buttons. So I actually mounted the tap switches inside my oem shifter. Then I saw the hurst shifter and found the shifter grip with the buttons built in. I bought the shifter and the grip. Then all I had to do was swap over the wires from the old buttons to the new ones. I did have to do a small amount of modification to the hurst shifter to totally hide the wires of the buttons. I really like the buttons on my oem shifter and they worked really well. These pictures show what I will call version 1 hehe

New Interior Addition
Wrapped my door panels and dash trim. Door panels trimmed so the ambient lighting feature still works and they did not need to be removed. Also on the dash trim I left a subtle Camaro SS that lays under the vinyl. In the right light it looks pretty cool. I think the color matches the interior leathers pretty good too. Didn't want to paint in case I wanted to revert back to stock grays. It was pretty easy and cost about 40 bucks.

Thanks. Yeah every time I look at it and drive it I get a huge grin on my face.
I will not see it again for a month or so because I dropped it off tonight at my paint guys place. He is going to install my CF roof panel and mask off for the ZL1 stripe and paint the rest so that it will be a real carbon fiber stripe from the hood insert all the way through to the spoiler (have a CF trunk and spoiler). I can’t wait until that is done. Quote:

Replaced my factory spoiler. What a difference. I have looked for one of these for a long time. Bought from a member on here.
