I really think we might be able to work something out.

AT THE VERY LEAST, we're going to have to get the entire Camaro5 group together at the host hotel for a get together and picture.

I am really going to try to go, but unfortunately my current situation does not permit planning that far in advance. I won't know if I'll make it until a few days beforehand.

Unless I'm mistaken, if I'm not bringing a car for the event, I don't have to pre-register. I'm sure hotels and plane tickets will be difficult, but The Camaro's worth it. I'll hitch-hike from Washington and sleep on a bench if I have to.

But, yes. We will be spending the majority of our time on the back porch getting to know everyone. It'll be nice to finally put some faces to the names!
EXCELLENT! I will be the short fat guy with wine or Bacardi!!! Oh, and probably the white SSOA T-Shirt that says "3whiterag"

Hopefully we can get some shirts made up or something. A Camaro5 flag might also be in the works to show everybody where our cars will be during the show. I'd love to get everyone from Camaro5 in generally the same area. I haven't a clue how that will work, though.

I really need to get in contact w/ the guys from chirpthird and talk to'em.

I'd argue for a quick document for all those willing to send you their cell numbers that can be sent out to those going via e-mail...little phone ring if you will to try to help find each other.

Not going to Indy, but definetly going to see Indiana Jones this weekend.

I really wish I could go to this, but unless I win the lottery before that time, it isn't going to happen. Make sure you guys take lots and lots of pick and don't forget the shunt.

Walking is good! Especially after a long night on the "Back Porch".

Good question. We might have to do this only through PM's. I don't necessarily want everyone knowing my personal contact info either.

Designate one person to be the database guy, so it's not bouncing all over...then that guy can send a document out to everyone who contributed their info a day or two before the event. That's how we've done it on other car forums for big meets.
