what stall for supercharged/cam auto
About to cam my maggie auto looking for stall idea. livernois says precision 2400. comments please. i want it very streetable

i have similar setup to you.
i went with the converter from jannetty. i believe they say its 2600, but is more like 2400. street tires cant hook enuf to see what the flash stall is. brake stall is 1900-2000. you cant tell its a stall converter, except at the track. its also wife approved. hope that helps. ps. it allows me to take off from a light (1/4 to 1/2 throttle) without spinning the tires accidentally.

If you are going to keep the stock gears I would say 28-3000. Anymore and I'm afraid you blow up the drag radials. If you were on slicks maybe 32-3400. I know I want a higher stall but I still need to see what happens with the extra 100 rwhp I just got and the 4.10's. Ted still says it's spot on and he hasn't been wrong with me yet.

Mine drives gentler than stock even with the gears and hp. I can brake stall mine to about 24-2500 if I remember correctly. And with teds converter you don't need an aftermarket cooler and the temps remain the same as stick.

I have a 3200 stall and it's very streetable... but tires are def a must to make it hook.

whats tires to get it to stall that high, i have the same tc as you.

remember the more stall you have the less efficient it gets. what you get on one end, comes off the other.

Just to let everyone know, this converter with the magnacharger should stall in the 3000-3400 range with the magnacharger and other upgrades to come. its rated at a 2400, but due to the drastic increase in torque will stall a good bit higher.

Cool. I am looking to send off in FEB for DOD delete cam and the stall. Trying to get my trailing arms and toe rods in this week and then guages and trans cooler before shipping off.
