Cool, I grew up with mustangs since my dad always had a one but i never personally owned one. I was actually an import guy before getting the camaro. I'll admit it, let the bashing begin. LOL

With the exception of the two Camaros and the 04 GTO, all were purchased brand new, the 2002 Camaro SS, was bought with 416 miles on it though.

Thats not the full list. I started with a 1995 Mustang Cobra, then had about 8 other Mustangs since then.

The Corvette is definitely badass, but I'm a Mustang guy from the start. My current GT500 is built up to be an accomplished road course handling car as well as a drag racing beast.

As explained here, we're more car enthusiasts than brand loyalists. I've owned GMs, Fords, Imports, you name it. Until recently I usually worked/wrenched/raced/tuned others peoples cars more than my own anyway.

Same reason there are a ton of GM guys on steelcitystangs, Cam99 is one of them. Either they owned Fords at one point and keep in touch or they participate on the forum to attend events like Flashlight Drags, PRP/Quaker, Beaverun, and car cruises as a group.

Buckeye Stangs just had a track rental at Thompson recently and everyone local I know that went are LSx owners. The more you branch out and meet people, the more fun it is for yourself.

I'll probably be stopping by at some point. Who knows how long though I'll probably be getting called back to work while there.

I'm on all kinds of forums, I'm a car junkie (75ish different cars since I got my licence 21 years ago) so I like finding out about all differant cars. Usually meet some cool people and make some friends out of it too. I've found that I usually end up buying the car represented on the sites I join eventually!

Congrats on the trophy SEER

Great time, only sucky thing is, it kind've rained on us for 5 minutes twice, so had to detail the car again and again lol.

Ended up with second place in that class.

Congrats man
