So? Just because you've seen it means it shouldn't be posted right. I haven't heard about it and I'm glad this thread was posted.

Where did I post that? I posted that it was a year old and that's all. You can take your assumptions and....

I know there's no way in hell now, but imagine if that Camaro was restorable?
How creepy it would feel knowing you're driving a car with that kind of past around. Would make a hell of a conversation topic at shows, that's for damn sure. |

I posted this last year but it is true they just officially announced the i.d.'s. I'd like to see the car rinsed off.

Stories like this intrigue me, I'd like to know more or at least know EVERYTHING they know.
One would think with that large lake around they would check there when someone is missing.

I think it's a very strange case. What's the likeliness that 2 cars end up in the lake together at different time periods.

Looks like they cars just disentigrated as the Police were going through them. Granted, some parts were likely cut off to access the interior and fine remains, but still, those cars just really fell to pieces after they got them out.
But the Camaro still showed some of its blue paint. I remember seeing this before and how they said that they assumed the people just drove right into the lake. Not sure how feasible that is, but I suppose back then it could happen. After 40 plus years in the water... glad the families could get some closure out of this. Wow |

I hope it was just an accident and not some strange dumping ground. I guess with the drout, you can find all kinds of things from the lakes in the South now. |
