RS headlights dimmer that non RS???

I wasn't able to scrub through the 1000 amount of pages, but I did a quick search of the RS headlights. My question is, I recently upgraded to the RS headlights because I did not have the option when I purchased my 1LE. I purchased everything through Gen5Diy (wire harness as well as the headlights) and could not be happier with the end product! However, I noticed that when I was coming home from work the following day (I get off work at midnight) and the road I drive home doesn't have the best lighting. Being that the Angel eyes take the place of the DRLs, there was not as much light being produced as the non RS headlights. The only other option I had, was to drive with my highbeams on. I had already cycled the DRLs to the brightest selection, but was still dimmer than the stock non RS lights.

My question here is, is there a fix for this, or is this something that I am just going to have to live with? Thank you in advance!

Are you driving with only the halos on, as your picture shows?

The RS HIDs are much brighter than the halogens.
