It's little more than an hour, but we went to MidOhio last weekend and had fun.

I was going to go to the Mid Ohio but I didn't realize it was going on until about 4 pm that day.

I'm all for an IPS meet on a weekend. I had my car tuned there. Somebody would have to get permission and I would like there to be more than 3 of us..

Hey everyone. I looked last year for some Camaro people to get together. Wife has an SS and I have a Shelby. You are correct that there are a lot more stang bangers in Columbus with cruise ins and meets.

I would like to see more camaros in attendance. Last year I put an invite out to the local Camaro blogs to see if the owners would like to meet up for the Good Guys at Campusview to cruise with mustang owners. " pony car solidarity"! I put the same invite out the stang bangers. Here is what showed up:

20 stang bangers, 1 Camaro owner ( my wife). Tat was disappointing. I put the same invite out for this year.

Also, mark your calendars for August 24. The Parkinson Car show will be held at Quaker Steak &Lube. There will be major classes for camaros, mustangs and vettes amongst other smaller classes. This should be a great show to come to.

When and where is your meet?

Last year we met in the parking lot at Marcus Theatres ( outer area ) we cruised between Campusview and Busch Blvd practically all night last year Saturday even made some stops to chat with other enthusiasts. I would not mind eating at a nearby restaurant ( make arrangements according to who will attend) this year.
I would like this to be a pony car meet, greet and cruise. Camaros (Including all F bodies), Mustangs and those Challenger/Chargers (did not invites the Dodges last year).

We will probably meet at the same areas this year.

This Friday is an open cruise in at Quaker Steak & Lube ( held every Friday from 7:30 to 10:30). Did a drive by last week and some cool cars are showing up 50 may be. Il be there this Friday.
