So, we may be pulling the motor from my car and replacing it.... catastrophic ..........














































































sales pitch going on... How about my motor in a 4th Gen Firebird... 3200 lb car

We may have found a buyer for my motor and are going to go for the ERL Superdeck I six bolt block....

Still looking to determine what heads to go with.... but there is obviously time to look for those....

In the meantime, since we knew this was the way we were going to end up, we ordered and received this little box of goodies....

This is an ADDITIONAL Weldon big boy fuel pump.... This will be run via the ProEFI and will come on wide open based on boost level... so for example, at 20 lbs of boost, this one comes on running wide open at high pressure levels... supplementing the identical pump already running wide open...

There is also a regulator in the smaller box, with -12 inlets and outlets... That's right, 3/4 inch ID fuel line and a -10 return... This pump and the existing Weldon will run parallel and will provide all the fuel we could possibly need up to whatever boost the new motor will handle... 30, 35 lbs of boost.... These two pumps will be capable of supplying the fuel needs of 2800 hp in a boosted motor....

You gotta love a new build that starts with "two pumps that will be capable of supplying the fuel needs of 2800 hp"............ You just know some serious sh!t is goin down.....
