Smile EXHAUST -2011 SS

Hi there, new to the forums! Ive searched for some talk on exhaust mods for 2011 SS's and cannot seem to find any chats about them. ( I have not quite figured out the site yet though) Any suggestions on what I should get and where the best place to purchase is? Definately needing a meaner sound.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanx

Look for posts from or PM SilverIce Man, I know that he did his own. Or Davenport in Calgary

Set to 1080p for best quality.
That what you're looking for?

I put MBRP cat back on mine before the headers and had lots of compliments on it. Put the headers and high flow cats on and it was even better. The compliment I like the best is..."WOW! Sounds just like the old muscle cars!"

Be forewarned...most any system you put on is going to have drone at some speed/rpm. If you can live with that, the exhaust world is yours! LOL

Go to this thread for some great clips. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21289

It's not a move to take lightly when it comes to exhaust. LOTS of reading. And if you're in or around Calgary, I can let you hear mine.

Exhaust "Cut outs"(just under both seats for 600$ (installed) will give you both the original sound and will be good for E tests

and :"what do you mean occifer that my car sounds like Jeff Gordon's" thus no need to waste that original exhaust

The hidden "5 second hold and let go" toggle switch is best installed under dash on the left.

Can't go wrong with a ARH system.

I have my car going in to Davenport (in Calgary) on the 17th for a full exhaust install. I need to pick it up on the 18th. Your welcome to stop by to check it out.

Kooks LT stepped headers / HIFlo Cats / Borla S Type Exhaust.

Should sound great.

If any body wants a set of JBA mid pipes with high flow cats that are a direct bolt on for lsa or ls3 PM me. I originally was going to go the no tune route but ended up going to the other extreme. They are brand new in the box with all gaskets and hardware. CHEAP!!!
