ZL1 splitter kissed the curb. Can it be fixed?

Some time ago my fiancee misjudged the distance to the curb and her ZL1 splitter kissed it. The result looks like 3 bumps that formed in the center. It looks it an animal claw uppercutting the ZL1 splitter's chin. Is it possible for me to somehow smoothen this out or fix it myself?

Someone with some skill with a heat gun might be able to make it look respectable,

Replacing it myself isn't an issue since I installed the ZL1 front end myself. I'm trying to see if there's a cost-effective solution instead of ordering a new piece...
