I agree! Any ideas/guesses of what body changes there would be for a Z06 or ZR1? I found this.

It's interesting that the rear spoiler stays planted when the rear hatch is raised.

I think that is the same as on the C6 with the optional spoiler.

And with AFM I am wondering if this is the ultimate MPG/HP mobile. Aero with AFM should be pretty incredible.

I'm kinda surprized it didn't come in @ a lower Curb...but then again, all the mandatory/legislated features and nannies don't appear out of (or are comprised of) "thin air"...

Re: stationary rear spoiler - makes loading/unloading cargo more difficult. I can hear the screams about scratched/marred/chipped surfaces, now...

BTW, is that Rutledge in the Blue plaid shirt in the Mellow Yellow picture?

There is a certain amount of suspension travel required to achieve a "decent" ride. One of the things that makes the Corvette such a great GT is that is has always had a pretty good ride. Z06 on the other hand, not so much.

And then again what would Pete do? LOL

I'm guessing that if there was feedback on the optional spoiler GM would have addressed it. The only real way to have it on the spoiler would have required a longer hatch and a different concept for the rear fascia. Could have been done. Also not sure there are very many C6s with the optional spoiler. So why sub optimize the car for the few that will buy the spoiler?

WWPD, LOL. I think I need a bracelet with that on it.

I love the yellow. I drove a yellow '66 GMC pickup to high school with stacks up beside the cab. The folks at school called it the "Race Truck." That old V6 pulled it's weight I can tell you, with a bundle of bricks in the reinforced all metal bed.

In other news, I crashed my truck Friday. Brakes + reaction time = failure. No serious injuries, but now I need another vehicle...

What to do, what to do...

There isn't a lot of low hanging fruit in a modern Vette
