"Not another lt1-ls1 swap..."
So, i came across a sweet deal on a '94 lt1 trans am for 350 bucks. I am planning on making a drag car out of it so i can finally retire my old '73 roadrunner and put it back to show-quality condition. Anyway, i already have an ls1, lsx style ecu, wiring harness, hp-tuners, etc. does anyone here know where i can pick up an ls1 f-body k member and for how much? I've read about the tubular k members but for what i'm doing 25 pounds of extra weight won't make much difference (bracket racing). I'm on a fairly tight budget right now so i figured a factory ls1-style k member would be the cheapest route.
any suggestions/comments would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Ask around on LS1 tech to see if anyone still has their stock kmember when they upgraded.
