Why is it that when a woman makes the first move...they hedge, beat around the bush or stagnate?

Just a question that bothers me of late...

Man says "what are you doing Saturday?" Woman says "Having you cook me dinner".

Woman calls 9 am..."family things".

Man thinks "cool". (nice to get at LEAST a call)

Woman calls man frequently... woman busy (work)

Man thinks woman playing games...

Woman loses.

End of game...

Ok......its easy to see what is wrong.....with my many years of experiance in this area, I will explain.....but since men are VISUAL CREATURES...a picture is worth a 1000 words.
